Mirimim is an app that helps neurodivergent children build social, emotional, and cognitive skills through gamified, therapist-backed activities. Designed as a complement to traditional therapies, it's now used by therapists, psychologists, and clinics across Brazil.

As lead designer, I led the user experience design, visual identity and interface design in Figma, defining the look and feel of the product as well as the end-to-end user experience for both children and the professionals guiding their sessions.

I built the first functional prototype to validate the core interactions and flows, then used that prototype as the reference for developing the native version of the app — working with AI models like GPT and Claude (Opus) inside Visual Studio Code to translate the design into production code.

AI was also used to upscale the final graphics to production-ready resolution, ensuring the artwork held up for print, and to generate photorealistic mockups for presentation decks — giving stakeholders a clear sense of how each design would look on an actual shirt before moving to production.

AI was also used to generate the app's content library — over 1,000 images and 350 audio files — powering the activities and exercises children interact with throughout the experience.
