For a merchandise refresh for Hard Rock Cafe, I led the design of a series of six t-shirt graphics celebrating different rock genres and their iconic guitar players, from blues and Americana to hard rock and psychedelic.

I gave each shirt a distinct visual identity rooted in the genre's history and imagery, while designing the set to hold together as a cohesive collection.

Each piece started as a handmade sketch, built alongside a moodboard of genre-specific references: instruments, artists, posters, typography. From there, I developed an agentic AI workflow to push each concept into fully rendered final artwork, directing the process to explore detailed illustration styles while keeping every output tied back to the original hand-drawn direction.

AI was also used to upscale the final graphics to production-ready resolution, ensuring the artwork held up for print, and to generate photorealistic mockups for presentation decks — giving stakeholders a clear sense of how each design would look on an actual shirt before moving to production.
